Medical writers get a ton of training and education in how to do their job. But as freelancers, we start and operate with little or no knowledge and training about how to build and run a successful freelance medical writing business. This workshop will help lay the foundation for you to successfully establish and manage your freelance medical writing business; covering matters of business structure and cash flow, insurance and legal considerations, and how to utilize everything from business cards and brochures to websites and social networking to market your services. Bring your questions and concerns. The conference will be held in downtown Ann Arbor, a city for people with an appetite for life.
